Nithya Lakshmi Shunmugham is a highly experienced Technical Architect with over 20 years of experience, 15 of which have been in the CRM domain. With a proven track record of building high-performance teams and executing challenging projects, Nithya has worked on small, medium and enterprise business applications, providing solution design, scope definition, estimation, development, gap analysis, and data migration. Nithya is an expert in CRM functional knowledge and best practices and has implemented CRM projects across various domains, including BFSI, manufacturing, education, real estate, technology, apparel and fashion. She is well-versed in handling customer expectations spanning across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and other regions. Currently, Nithya is working as a Technical Architect (SugarCRM) at Photon, where she is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team. In her previous role as Senior Solutions Architect at Dell, Nithya led the CRM implementation for an elite banking customer as part of the BFSI banking suite. She was involved in analyzing and proposing suitable CRM solutions for the customer whose key product needs revolved around master data management, Islamic banking principles, and application modernization. She was also responsible for defining the CRM roadmap that could seamlessly co-exist with their legacy system. Before joining Photon and Dell, Nithya worked as a Senior Solution Architect - CRM Practice at Bhea Technologies, where she gathered requirements for 40+ customers, proposed solutions and integrations with various components like ERP, Customer Self Service portal, other homegrown applications, and call center applications. She meticulously planned and executed each project, and acted as a single point of contact for all customer implementations to handle customer expectations, change requirements, and escalations. Nithya's technical expertise includes senior software engineering and integration. With over 21 years of relevant experience, Nithya is a seasoned professional who has built a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of her clients.
